How can there be almost 2000 people disliking this video?! There's nothing controversial presented in it. Just an ingenious solution to a more and more pressing problem...

I really like your Clips, they are really great. But please, stop butchering "kurzgesagt". - A German-speaker cringing at the end of your otherwise great clips. 😉

Hey guys I’m an aspiring Fortnite YouTuber and I’m giving away 2500 V bucks to get my channel started! I understand that most of you here don’t care about Fortnite but If anyone can help me out by subbing and checking out my channel that’d mean the world to me! Thank you!

This is amazing! I hope it goes somewhere!

Won't the replication ability
of phages kill the profit of big pharma?

A reference to Worms and the Wilhelm scream, so nicely done.

phages are the biggest antibiotic

Wait, so if I get a cold, can I just inject myself a few phages and done?

This looks like that little space thingy in steven universe

They have been used for over 90 years as an alternative to antibiotics in the former Soviet Union and Central Europe as well as in France.
Founded in Wikipedia, interesting...

i love this channel!!

at first i thought the phages were going to cause the apocalypse or something but now i love them lol

Pretty impressive educational video. As a medical student, it was pleasure to watch this. Nice 👍

What if the phages evolve to be able to infect human cells?

My sister and her best friend were MCDB majors and participated in a Phage Lab together. This short video explained phages to me way better than they ever did.

What if they evolved to enter human cells instead of killing bacteria and turned us into ZOMBIES!!

we would basically all be dead without two things.

It's basically baron nashor.

cant you just hit your bacteria lol

So phages dont do anything bad to us and they kills bacterias? Noice

Actually, the Soviets have been using Phages for decades and Western Medicine just never considered because antibiotics worked until now and are also more profitable. And all of this is just considered "experimental" because western bureaucrats won't accept records from the Soviets or Georgians who are still using phages today. If you have a chronic bacterial infection or something related to superbugs, consider going to Georgia (former Sovietrepublic north of Turkey)

I love the animation and slight humor in these videos.
10/10 would Kurzgesagt again

From now my number one superhero is Iron Man
And second one is phages..

Im so itchy right now

So it basically rapes other organisms to reproduce?

Who else thought of that one Jimmy Neutron episode??

But if phages evolve and get stronger, it may happen that one day they are strong enough to kill human cell, what do you think??

The real risk is from phages evolving to hurt humans cells

Phages w/ humans is like
Ninja w/ myth.. Good luck bacterias

my book is full of PHAGES

What kinds of phage are there? And do they have different appearances?

I guess you can say we're going through a Phage

Phages are great!!!!!!!!!! I love them now!!!

Извините но я в английском не силен

What if phages are evolving to „eat“ human cells.

LOOOL I LOVE THIS ANIMATION SO MUCH

I wonder what can kill phages

Dislikes are butthurt bacteria 😂

Lol we had to learn about this in depth at school
It's the nuclei of the bacteria that is injected with the virus' genetic material
The nuclei is then controlled to make more and more viruses until it bursts open

Yes, we will mount a pincer war against bacteria.

But wait, this gave me some assumptions. Firstly, could this virus defeat such highly dangerous sickness and diseases like cancer or HIV/AIDS? Secondly, could the injection of this bateriophage resulted in the sterilization of our species, making us human beings immune to all sickness and diseases and possibly making most medicines loses it place in this society?

Another amazing video!!
